| All HANSA-FLEX tube clamps |

are conform with the DIN 3015 specifications. Following materials are deliverable ex-stock
for tube clamps:
- polypropylene (color: dark green)
- aluminium
- solid rubber (color: black)
- polyamide 6 (color: black)
The upper and the lower tube clamps are identical and both inside surfaces are either grooved or
smooth available. The grooved surface absorbs shock and vibration forces into axial tube direction.
A crack between the clamps halfs causes the pre-stressing of the tube. For the mounting of hoses
as well as cables we recommend the application of tube clamps with a smooth inner surface without
pre-stressing. All bolts, nuts and cover plates of the clamps halfs of the light series come
zinc-plated as standard.

Concerning the heavy series all steel parts come bright as standard.

| All steel parts of the single product line are deliverable off-the-shelf either in
stainless steel quality W5 or acid resistant stainless steel 1.4571 (AISI 316 Ti).
We deliver of course also products with non-standard surface treatments or versions
with UNC thread upon request.
