X-CODE: Spare part procurement without time delay
The introduction of the X-CODE innovation fundamentally revolutionised the way of
procuring spare parts for the hydraulic industries: Simply call HANSA-FLEX and state
your X-CODE - simultaneously the unique identification of the spare part is
specified. Hence without any time delay the identical spare part is dispatched direclty
to the customer. The overall objective of the X-CODE innovation has been achieved:
Downtimes of machines and operation systems are reduced remarkably. Furthermore
expenses can be reduced and the availabilty of hydraulic parts is optimised.

| The Statistics Module provides transparency |

Each user can log on to the Statistics Module database via our
HANSA-FLEX website and is able to access the following information:
- All ordered hydraulic hose line spare parts according to the stated reference number
- Damage statistics including all displayed cases in which HANSA-FLEX already replaced faulty parts
The module is based on the agreement of reference numbers. Machines and
operation systems are labelled unmistakably plus all hydraulic hose lines
currently in use are registered. If the operation system needs to undergo
modifications, optimisations or preventive maintenance all according data is
safely stored and can be recalled at any time.

| The Information Module optimises every performance |

| All data entries for each hose line is stored and the customer is able to recall
this data at any time. Additionally to the designations of a hose line further
instructions for HANSA-FLEX employees can be stored, determining e.g. what has to
be carried out when a certain order reaches HANSA-FLEX: What specific hydraulic
service should be informed to make sure the spare part is quickly available on-site.
Or which department manager should be informed of the order. Or in case a machine
gets stolen an immediate delivery block is triggered if an incoming order for the
stolen good is registered and the police will be contacted immediately.

| The Availability Module ensures for deliveries every hour on the hour! |

| The Availability Module offers the maximum availability of all tagged hydraulic
hose lines at short notice. The warehouse capacity of the respective HANSA-FLEX
subsidiary is adapted to this service. Hence all parameters that serve a quick
dispatch of the spare part such as delivery address, contact person etc. are
agreed beforehand and bindingly. In case HANSA-FLEX can't deliver in the agreed
time frame the goods for the customer are delivered free of charge.

| Retrofit ensures X-CODE advantages |
| |
| Customers with machines and operation systems that not yet use the X-CODE tag don't have
to waive the advantages though. HANSA-FLEX specialists are able to analyse and determine
also rare makes, retrofit them with an X-CODE tag and store all respective data in the
HANSA-FLEX database. Those data sheets are online available to the customer and with
the new X-CODE tag each spare part is dispatched reliably and straight away.
